Anytime Restoration is seeking a hard-working, self motivated, reliable Emergency Services Manager that will be responsible for mitigating residential and commercial properties from water, fire, and environmental issues. The Mitigation Manager activities include:
- Establish and maintain customer communications until job completion
- Explain processes and answer customer questions, as needed
- Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns to ensure customer needs are met
- Communicate scope expectations to technicians and supervise their activities
- Estimate losses using Xactimate or any software deemed necessary by management
- Settle estimates with insurance representatives, home owners, business owners, and third parties
- Daily communication with office personnel the job status and file documentation
- Perform water mitigation processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
- Ability to remove house and building materials such as drywall, carpet, etc...
- Leave job sites clean and neat
- Willingness to wear PPE as needed
- Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details
- Manage supplies and project consumables
- Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse

- Securing proper documentation including work auth, photos, COS, etc.
- Performing appropriate demolition activities
- Installing proper mitigation equipment as needed
- Maintaining drying logs for justification of equipment usage
- Picking up equipment after job completion
- Perform pack-out and pack-back activities
- Cleaning and organizing equipment in shop
- Clean, organize, and maintain company vehicles

Anytime Restoration is seeking a hard-working, self motivated, reliable contents technician that will be responsible for handling, processing, and packing customer belongings that have been affected by water, fire, or mold. The contents technician also may assist the mitigation and reconstruction teams when needed.
Purpose:
The contents technician assists the contents division with the packing and cleaning of client's belongings affected by water, fire, smoke, and mold. Contents Technicians are expected to provide exceptional customer service when carrying out their duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Completion of contents tasks based on work orders.
- Thorough understanding of water, mold, and smoke removal procedures. Develop knowledge of cleaning equipment.
- Communicate job progress and employee performance of restoration team daily to Restoration Supervisor and/or Production Administrator.
- Understanding of cleaning upholstery & carpeting, odor removal and treatment of hazardous materials.
- Recording a thorough inventory of all clients' restorable and non-restorable items
- Packing and unpacking of clients' property in a secure manner, with care to not damage property or structure.
- Responsible for collecting information and communicating supplements and change orders.
- Provide accurate information to support the job costing process.
- Understand and utilize DASH, Nextraq, TSheets, and all company software to assist in completion of job tasks.
- Aides in the development, implementation, and revision of company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Maintains a clean job site: picks up all tools and equipment and secures job site each day to eliminate potential hazards.
- Model and enforce safety rules and policies.
- Required to complete Emergency Services and post-reconstruction clean-up work which may include: water/mold/sewage/fire damage.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year in cleaning or general labor position
- Participation in our On-Call Program (Rotation)
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Have reliable transportation
- Valid in-state driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to drive and maneuver a vehicle with a trailer
- Technology savvy (iPhone, iPad, Office Suite Applications) is a plus
- Can work well both in teams and independently

Working Conditions:
This position will require working indoors and outdoors in various settings; residential and commercial work sites. Physical effort is needed to endure long hours working outside in extreme conditions in awkward positions causing physical discomfort and strain, lifting and adjusting heavy objects, and working with materials that could cause injury or illness. Typical workweek is eight (8) hour workdays, five (5) days per week with some weekend and on-call work as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Inventory and load work vehicles with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
- Prepare residential or commercial job sites for cleaning and personal property removal.
- Document and perform personal property removal activities including inventorying, packing, wrapping, and loading.
- Perform cleaning of residential and commercial structures and personal property whether onsite or at facility.
- Assist the mitigation and reconstruction departments with any cleaning and personal property solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, management, and fellow colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration processes
- Ability to use hand tools and equipment effectively and safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within deadlines
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve heavy lifting or prolonged standing

We are seeking a hard-working, self motivated, reliable Warehouse Manager that will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the warehouse. The Warehouse Manager will perform a variety of duties that will include receiving and processing incoming contents, items, equipment and materials, as well as loading and unloading equipment and materials from trucks and in the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintenance of trucks, equipment and workplace.
- Works closely with owners and upper management and be responsible for all warehouse operations.
- Excellent task management and organizational skills.
- Ability to schedule and manage time efficiently with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure within a fast paced environment.
- Must have the ability to lift 50-75 lbs and drive a 18 ft box truck and company vans (no CDL required).
- Forklift operation skills will be required to move large inventory.
- Must have a clean drivers license and be able to pass a background check.

The Project Coordinator organizes on-going projects including: maintaining project documentation, creating and updating CRM and Google Drive files, updating project financial records, maintain TPA and customer communications, scheduling staff, monitoring project plans, schedules and budgets. Ensures project deadlines are met in a timely manner. Daily duties include:
- Scheduling project managers and estimators
- Assigning projects to staff
