Job Description
Respond to and perform all emergency service work, including water mitigations, mold remediations, and tarp and board-ups, both during and after normal business hours. Execute all emergency service work from beginning to completion, including monitoring, preparing proper documentation, settling with adjuster or homeowner, and aid in collecting outstanding balances on said work.
Responsibilities
- Handle and oversee the daily activities of the emergency service crew, including coordinating with Project Managers to aid with project demolition, content manipulation, and cleaning. Manage emergency service crews efficiently and effectively so jobs come in on-time and within budget.
- Help create and settle estimates.
- Attend weekly production meetings with management.
- Achieve 100% compliance with all Third Party Administered Program metrics.
- Attend any continuing education classes deemed necessary by management.
- Become familiarized with all aspects of the business including structure losses, contents losses, emergency services, and water mitigations.
- Market Company services where applicable.
Pay and Benefits

Job Description
We are seeking a hard-working, self motivated, reliable Warehouse Manager that will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the warehouse. The Warehouse Manager will perform a variety of duties that will include receiving and processing incoming contents, items, equipment and materials, as well as loading and unloading equipment and materials from trucks and in the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintenance of trucks, equipment and workplace.
- Works closely with owners and upper management and be responsible for all warehouse operations.
- Excellent task management and organizational skills.
- Ability to schedule and manage time efficiently with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure within a fast paced environment.
- Must have the ability to lift 50-75 lbs and drive a 18 ft box truck and company vans (no CDL required).
- Forklift operation skills will be required to move large inventory.
- Must have a clean drivers license and be able to pass a background check.

Job Description
The role of the Insurance Restoration Estimator is to evaluate damages, document, communicate with the participants of the claim, negotiate scope with adjuster's and settle restoration projects with a projected budget. The Estimator will also collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure a smooth transition as the job moves from estimating to production.
Responsibilities
- Assess damage and create repair scopes
- Convert repair scope into an Xactimate or cost-plus estimate
- Submit and settle estimates with adjusters and customers.
- Effectively communicate with all customers and adjusters in a timely manner to provide updates and other key information
- Work with subcontractors and industry experts for specialty aspects of projects
- Draft and submit budgets prior to production.
- Work with team members while building relationships with clients and employees.
- All project managers serve on a on-call rotation to respond to after hour emergencies.
- Strong Xactimate estimating skills is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while shifting priorities, demands, & timelines.
- Assist Project Managers when production level is high.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in construction management, business management or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years in an Estimator or Project Manager role for CONSTRUCTION

Anytime Restoration Services is a family owned property restoration company looking to add an experienced Project Manager to our growing team. Candidates need to have familiarity with Xactimate software and be able to coordinate subcontractors, purchase materials, establish budgets, maintain schedules and effectively communicate.
Responsibilities
- Oversee residential and light commercial, industrial and institutional projects
- Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors and insurance companies
- Attend Anytime Restoration sponsored operations and safety training courses
- Coordinate job starts and schedule appointments with customers and clients
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Coordinate work duties with subcontractors and field personnel
- Provide constructive feedback and direction to complete tasks on time and within budget
- Secure applicable municipal permits
- Meet with municipal inspectors as required
- Coordinate after-hours emergency services as directed, including board-ups, water damage, fire and smoke damage, and vandalism

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in working with the restoration industry
- Experience using rate and material price lists is a plus
